Banana Icecream

Ingredients

1 banana, chopped into chunks and frozen
1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or frozen mango)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
2 tablespoons full-fat yoghurt or sour cream
1 teaspoon cocoa (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredients into a food processor or Thermomix.

Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes crumbly‚ don't worry, this is normal.

Scrape down the sides and blend again, repeating as needed until a smooth ice cream texture is achieved.
