Chocolate Fat Bombs
A great alternative to commercial chocolate without any of the nasties. A nice little afternoon pick me up. If you are watching your carbohydrate intake each little fat bomb has only 6.8g carbs. You can add any flavourings that take your fancy.

Ingredients
1/2 cup dutch cocoa or cacao
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup raw honey
Pinch salt
Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a small glass bowl.

Depending on the consistency of the coconut oil you can place glass bowl on the heat for about 1 minute to soften mixture (don’t heat or totally melt coconut oil)

Pour into silicon moulds, allow to set in the fridge.

Store in a glass jar in the fridge.

Add any flavourings you like eg nuts, dried fruits, freeze dried strawberries.
