Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

These bite sized snacks are a perfect between meal pick me up. Full of good fats and protein they will keep your blood sugars stable until your next meal.

Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Ingredients

5 dates
150g almond meal
2 heaped tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon raw cacao
3 tablespoons Bare Blends plant-based protein powder (optional)
1/2 cup crushed peanuts or coconut

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients except the crushed peanuts or coconut in a high-powered blender.

Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until the mixture resembles sticky crumbs.

If the mixture is too crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of water and blend again.

Press small portions of the mixture firmly with your hands to form balls, approximately 35g each.

Roll each ball in crushed peanuts or desiccated coconut to coat.
