Ingredients
1L Organic cream
Sour cream culture (www.bacillusbulgaricus.com)
Cooking Instructions

Pour cream into a sterilized glass jar

Add 1/4 teaspoon Sour Cream Culture to cream

Stir or agitate to combine, use plastic utensils to combine

Place in a warm place or wrap in a teatowel if cooler weather, allow to ferment for 24 hours
5
Store in refrigerator for around 2 weeks
