Banana Bread
Regular banana bread can be pretty heavy on fats and sugars, this version is kind to your blood sugar levels and contains healthy fats & just a little bit of sweetness.

Ingredients
2 large bananas
2 large eggs
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup psyllium husks
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup macadamia or hemp oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
pinch sea salt
1/4 cup hemp seeds
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place bananas, eggs, vanilla, oil, and almond milk in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Add coconut flour, almond flour, psyllium husks, baking powder, coconut sugar, and salt. Blend together, scraping down the sides, until a smooth batter forms.

Add hemp seeds and gently mix through with a spatula.

Line a small loaf tin with baking paper, pour in the batter, and smooth the top.

Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

Serve warm with a dollop of organic butter.
