Grain Free Porridge
A wonderful winter warmer breakfast, free from grain but still warm and creamy on a cold morning. Add your favourite topping or a little pinch of cinnamon to regulate blood sugar levels.

Ingredients
Main Ingredients
3 tablespoons linseeds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons psyllium husks
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
pinch celtic salt
Toppings
to serve coconut yoghurt
to serve blueberries and strawberries
to taste drizzle of maple syrup
Cooking Instructions

Grind linseeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, and chia seeds together into a fine meal.

Place the ground seed mix in a small saucepan with desiccated coconut, psyllium husks, almond milk, and salt.

Whisk to combine, then heat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Turn off heat, cover, and allow to sit for 2 minutes to thicken further.

Serve in 2 bowls and top with coconut yoghurt, berries, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
